Returns must be made within (30) days of order invoice date. Inspect your order once it is received to confirm accurate receipt of goods, to detect possible missing items, or damaged merchandise. Bookstore returns must be reported within (45) days of invoice date. Unauthorized returns made within the acceptable time frame will incur a 10-20% restock fee.

All returned item(s) must be in resellable condition. Please note that the following conditions of return item(s) are unacceptable: sticker marks (from price labels, or otherwise), slash marks, bends or dents on the good(s).

Please wrap your return items carefully using ample packaging materials. Returns received damaged will incur a fee or be unacceptable and returned to recipient.

If your order was shipped by UPS and the package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us immediately.
