Under the title "Orthodox Spirituality" the author of this book wishes to present the fundamentals of Orthodox spiritual life. He delineates, in a very concise manner, the boundaries of Orthodox ecclesiastical life by redefining terms long misused or misinterpreted: praxis, theoria, nous, reason, cure of the soul, etc. The author tries to reorient our mind and thus our life to the authentic word and empirical theology of the Fathers. What is made clear is that Orthodox spirituality is not meant as abstract knowledge, which has to be mastered rationally, but as a mode of life, which embodies man's salvation- his communion and union with the Holy Trinity God.
